One of the most stunning hikes in the Aletsch Arena! From the Bettmerhorn View Point (2,647 m), the trail leads you along spectacular glacier views via Roti Chumma to the fairytale-like Märjelensee and the Gletscherstube. Return via Unnere or Obere Tälli – optionally through the illuminated Tälligrat Tunnel – to Fiescheralp and finally back to Bettmeralp. A dreamlike alpine tour full of panorama and nature.
🥾 MärjelenseeThis scenic circular trail combines glacier views with alpine beauty: Starting from Moosfluh, hike along the panoramic path to Bettmerhorn, then toward the Aletsch Glacier at Chazulecher and through the mystical Aletsch Forest back. Highlight: Alte Stafel – perhaps the best viewpoint of the tour.
🌄 Panorama TrailAn alpine ridge hike with spectacular views: From the summit of Bettmerhorn, a well-secured, blue-white marked ridge path leads across the Elselicka to the Eggishorn (2,869 m). Only for sure-footed hikers – but an unforgettable experience high above the Aletsch Glacier.
🏔️ UNESCO TrailFrom Hotel Belalp, hike through the Aletschji to the spectacular 124-meter-long suspension bridge across the Massa Gorge. The trail continues up to Riederfurka and on to Riederalp – a nature experience with a guaranteed wow effect!
🌉 Suspension Bridge TrailPure nature and glacier views: From Riederalp, hike via Riederfurka and the mystical Aletsch Forest to the emerald Chatzulecher Lakes – with stunning views of the Great Aletsch Glacier. The return path leads via Biel to Moosfluh, where you can descend by cable car or hike directly back to Riederalp.
