Information about Check-in and Arrival

Arrival & Parking

Bettmeralp is car-free. Please park your car at the valley station in Betten. From there, the cable car takes you up to the mountain station in just 7 minutes – our apartments are only 200 m away, directly opposite the white chapel.

Last cable car: around 11:15 pm – check the current timetable.

Check-in

Your apartment will be ready from 2:00 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time – ideally by replying directly to your booking confirmation or via WhatsApp at +41 79 213 97 67.

Luggage

You can store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out.

On request, we will collect it for you directly at the mountain station between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. Two people are welcome to ride along. Please call us as soon as you arrive at the valley station: +41 79 213 97 67.

Self Check-in

Arriving late? No problem. From 8:00 pm onwards, a contactless self check-in is possible. Just let us know in advance so we can send you the access details for your apartment.

Check-out

On your departure day, simply return the key after breakfast at the bakery on the ground floor – stress-free.
