Information about Check-in and Arrival

Travel & Parking

Bettmeralp is car-free. Please park your car at the Betten Valley Station. From there, the cable car takes you up to the mountain station in just 7 minutes – our apartments are located only 200 m away, directly opposite the white chapel.

Last cable car: around 11:15 PM – check current timetable.

Check-in from 2:00 PM

Your accommodation will be ready from 2:00 PM. Just let us know briefly when you will arrive – ideally by replying directly to your booking confirmation.

Luggage

You can store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out.

Upon request, we can pick it up for you directly at the mountain station between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Two people can ride along. One trip per apartment is included. Call us as soon as you have arrived at the Bettmeralp mountain station: +41 27 927 18 88.

Self Check-in

Arriving later? No problem. A contactless self check-in is possible from 8:00 PM. Just get in touch beforehand so we can send you the access information for your apartment.

Check-out by 10:00 AM

You can hand in your key during breakfast. If you would like to enjoy the rest of the day, you can store your luggage with us, just as you did before check-in.
